A Legacy of Trust in Tampa Bay
Over 30 years of dedicated real estate service, treating every client like family.

For over thirty years, I've had the privilege of serving clients as a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area. This built a career that has grown alongside my family. I began this journey when my son Steven was just a baby. Real estate gave me the gift of flexibility: the ability to be present for school days, sports, milestones, and the everyday moments that matter most. I'm deeply grateful for a profession that allowed me to build both a meaningful career and a fulfilled family life.
Finding Home in St. Petersburg
My son's college years at the University of South Florida led us to Downtown St. Petersburg. This place quickly became far more than just an address, it became a true home. We lived on Beach Drive across from the park, enjoying a lifestyle that felt like a vacation every single day. We enjoyed the many restaurants and shops within walking distance, along with time spent exploring museums and galleries and strolling the pier. Weekends were defined by Farmers Market mornings, events in the park, and Friday night movie nights at the theatre just two blocks away. From our 17th floor condo, the elevator doors opened to breathtaking water views and a deep sense of peace. That is the kind of peace that comes from knowing you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Then October arrived, and I experienced Movies in the Park for the first time. It felt like stepping into a scene from a movie itself. There were little white lights in the trees, picnic baskets and glasses of wine, children laughing and playing, dogs resting on blankets, and neighbors gathering together as a family friendly movie played on the big screen. I never thought a place like this actually existed, but there I was, in the middle of it all.
Since then, St. Petersburg has been my home, my sanctuary, and my place to recharge. No matter where I travel in the world, I am always excited to come home. I look forward to my daily walks with my dog Bella. Along the way, business owners greet us with dog friendly treats, neighbors become friends, and familiar faces in the park often turn into meaningful conversations shared on a nearby bench. It is a city filled with warmth, beauty, and positive energy. It is a place that offers the vibrancy of a destination city but with the heart and soul of a small town.
New Adventures and Passions

Life has changed quite a bit over the past thirty years, both personally and in real estate. Now I find myself filling my days with new adventures. I turned my love for real estate into a professional calling, remodeling homes throughout St. Petersburg and investing in new construction projects downtown. I also found a new and unexpected passion for dancing. It brings me such joy when I am on the dance floor, and it has led me to meet such wonderful friends. Living in St. Petersburg has brought life back into my world.
More Than a Transaction
I find that the greatest satisfaction in my work comes from walking alongside people in their life journeys. This ranges from helping my son purchase his first home to guiding couples as they begin their lives together, start families, and create lasting memories in their homes. I also take great pride in assisting clients as they fulfill lifelong dreams of retiring and embracing the coveted Florida lifestyle. I am honored to be part of these defining moments. For me, real estate is not transactional; it is emotional, personal, and deeply meaningful.

After decades in this profession, I am grateful to continue to serve generations of families. I am now helping the children of past clients find their very first homes. That continuity is a gift I never take for granted, and it is a reflection of the trust built over time. I love what I do, and I believe it shows in my relationships, my service, and my unwavering commitment to every client I represent.
